1. You absolutely cannot make your assigned day, or
2. You are signing up to be in the same time bracket as a family member to be photographed together.

Q. When is my athlete’s picture day?
A. Please see the schedule listed above or check with your coach.
Q. I can’t find my athlete’s individual code. How do it get it?
A. You can contact me and I am happy to look up your code. See above for my contact info.
Q. What are Advanced Pay Credits and how do I buy them?
A. Advanced Pay Credits are a way for you to put money toward your photos prior to the release date. As a thank you, I offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $40 or more with the purchase of Advanced Credits Your discount code will automatically populate directly in your shopping cart.
Q. What if I have two athletes on different teams, or a parent coach and child athlete who want to be photographed together?
A. Please sign up siblings or parent/athlete groups in the same time bracket, even if it is not on their assigned photo day.
Q. Is there a make up day?
A. There will NOT be a make up day. Athletes who cannot make their assigned photo day should sign up for one of the other photo days in advance. If you are unexpectedly absent for your chosen time bracket, you can sign up for a remaining slot on any remaining days.
Q. When will photos be ready?
A. Photos will be ready within 3 weeks of the last league photo day to allow for all athletes to be photographed and team photos to be created. This year, your photos will be ready on or before September 30, 2024. My goal is ALWAYS to get you phots to you earlier, if possible.
Q. I have used Photo Day before and prices were different. Why is that?
A. Photo Day is just ordering platform for photographers, not a photography company. I do not work for Photo Day, nor am I connected with any other photographers who also use this platform. Pricing is set by individual photographers to reflect the style and the caliber of their work.
